These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the AmUp application and website operated by DEXTERN LTD ("AmUp", "we", "us"). By downloading or using AmUp, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AmUp, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to comply with these Terms. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent to use AmUp.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your login credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Prohibited Content
You may not post, upload, or share content that:
- Is illegal, abusive, threatening, defamatory, or harassing
- Infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party
- Contains nudity, explicit sexual content, or graphic violence
- Promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age
- Contains spam, malware, or phishing content
- Impersonates any person or entity
4. Prohibited Activities
You may not use AmUp to:
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically access our platform using automated tools without permission
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of AmUp's systems
- Use AmUp to facilitate illegal activities of any kind
- Create multiple accounts to evade a ban or restriction
5. User Content
You retain ownership of content you post on AmUp. By posting content, you grant AmUp a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with operating the service. You are solely responsible for content you post and any consequences arising from it.
6. Intellectual Property
The AmUp name, logo, app design, and all original content on the platform are the intellectual property of DEXTERN LTD and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of AmUp without our prior written consent.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time from the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use AmUp ceases immediately.
8. Disclaimer
AmUp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Use of AmUp and any activities you arrange through it are at your own risk. AmUp is not responsible for the conduct of any user in connection with activities coordinated through the platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DEXTERN LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of AmUp, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DEXTERN LTD and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of AmUp, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dublin, Ireland. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also have rights under the laws of your country of residence.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of AmUp after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will provide notice of significant changes via the app or email.
